Need Insight and advice from metro advertisers

My Story:
 
I am a recent grad of the Miami Ad School Bootcamp for Account Planning.  I was working on various freelance project in SF, which recently came to a close.  I have an extreme desire to help "fight the good fight" and change the advertising world. That desire is what sparked this project.
 
This project works to provide entry level advertising job seekers instant insight and advice into the job market.  Having a background in strategy, I wanted to explore the advertising market form 4 very different and unique areas, gathering the best insight and advice from a variety of agencies.
 
  I am blogging my findings as I go, but have a goal of creating a friendly website where entry levels can go when they need guidance and advice.  It's a scary situation starting out and not many schools or internships prepare one for the job market... this is my way of helping out and giving back.
 
This is a completely independent project.  I am using everything I have to find answers and insight and feel confidant that the end result will be able to help a lot of people.
