Please Help: Clinical Drug Trial being delayed by WSU - please contact WSU to ask them to start the trial

A dear friend of mine is suffering from breast cancer and waiting for a drug trial at WSU that is being delayed.  Every day that goes by could mean the difference between life and death for her.  This is what she has to say:

Wayne State U., is preventing me and others like me from starting the clinical trial that should extend my life.  This trial should have started nearly TWO MONTHS ago.
The FDA, Genentech/Roche and Dr. LaRusso have all been fighting w/Wayne State to sign off on this trial.  As I've waited, I've had to blood clots to my lung, 7 brain tumors, and now I can't keep any food down.  Fortunately, I had some weight to spare but it won't last forever.
What I'll be asking you is for a phone call or several to the IRB at Wayne State.   Come to find out, the Wayne State staff is the ONLY reason for the delay. 
 
The huge pharmaceutical company is all set, the FDA is all set, Dr. LaRusso and her staff are good, too.  ONE person in the research area is preventing the trial from starting.  I don't know his name but he is apparently too busy to answer calls or e-mails from Dr. LaRusso. 
 
I've already sent WSU's Dr. Ratner, V.P. of Research, an urgent plea for her help/intervention.  I also included a picture of the kids.
 
The trial is for stage 4, HER2+ breast cancer patients.  The drugs are TDM1 & Pertuzumab.
