That is music to my ears right now as I am working with Metro Detroit Real Estate Investors buying Foreclosures, fixing them up, and selling them to either out of state investors or eager local home buyers lining up looking for a deal which is great for your neighborhood and mine.

Forward me the address of the Foreclosure in your neighborhood and let's try to get them occupied vs condemned.

People losing their home to foreclosure is "music to your ears"? Nice...
I would think that finding ways for people to stay in their homes would be music to my ears. Not having forclosures selling for 75% less than the home was valued at 2 years ago, bringing down home values in the nieghborhood even further. I realize that the housing situation provides a few with an opportunity to make money, but mostly it is just sad.
Just had to vent a little.
