Looking for Non-Profits that need money

I am looking for non-profit organizations that want to raise money through my real estate and finance expertise.  I am willing to donate a substantial amount of money for each real estate or mortgage transaction closed.  Each non-profit does marketing to individuals buying/selling or financing homes.  By using our services and collaberating in a joint marketing campaign, together we can help raise money for these establishments.  I just need to get past the gatekeepers.  Anyone have some contacts?
