Seeking a local cut & sew operation for a pilot JV

I've got a product concept that I need a good partner for to assist with prototyping and a limited pilot production run.  It's a relatively simple textile-based product fitting an identified need in the marketplace and inline with current consumer tendencies. 

I'm looking for a local cut & sew operation that would be interested in exploring the market potential with me by contributing time and energy into prototyping and limited production. 

When we get traction with the product, we both succeed!
