Looking for Leaders on MCC

Great news, there are those amongst you who want to head up a sub group.

Better news, there are lots of opportunities to do so. It would be great if each sub group had a couple of leaders.  It's a big job when done right.

Ideally, the leaders would be responsible for both virtual and real world interactions. One of the coolest things about MCC is that members can meet how they choose.

Important Subgroup leader tasks

Make sure that there is engaging and relevant content for their group. Consider yourself a discussion starter if you will.

Make sure that members of your subgroup are interacting and connecting with the members they need. Be the hub of your group and the connector to MCC as a whole. Facilitate introductions. Both in and outside of your group.

Work with MCC as a whole and have some face to face events. I envision having a couple of f2f events per each subgroup per month. Some groups will evolve into weekly meetings. Others may cease to exist.

Subgroup leaders will be featured on their groups page and will be highlighted on MCCs homepage. Additionally, they will be invited to quarterly exclusive MCC outings/trainings and will be eligible for free mcc learn sessions.
