Looking to be referred to a credible resume writer and expert

My husband works for Chrysler Financial and wants to fine tune his resume. He saw that you can submit your resume to careerbuilder and for $200 they'll write it and critique it.
I explained to him (he'll probably say that I was nagging) that it would be better to find someone locally to work on it so I am reaching out for names of folks you recommend. Preferably someone with knowledge and experience writing resumes for the banking industry.
