An Ask: Is Anyone An Activities Director or Assistant?

Is anyone an activities director or assistant for a retirement community, adult day care, or assisted living? I'm seeking a position as an activities assistant, and want to know where to find a position (without much paid experience). I currently volunteer assisting supervisor at an adult day care.

Don't know who is in charge of activities but my mom is at Windemere Park at 13 and Van Dyke in Warren. The director is Jim. Frank works the front desk. Maybe talk to Frank to get the details. Can't be much more help than that, sorry.
