I second Linda's suggestion! Esperanza does a fabulous job! She works out of Troy, but goes anywhere in the area.

There is no better florist in the area than Blumz in Ferndale...and I'm not just saying that because they're in Ferndale. Jerome and Robbin have won numerous "Best of Detroit" awards from several of the local papers/TV stations, as well as, many national awards for their amazing designs and the their awesome customer service. I think half of their back room is taken up by awards.
Have your friends call them. 248.398.5130. They will go beyond their expectations!
