Where have you advertised?  Do you have a flyer?  I could do several things for you to get advertisement (no fee, just me helping you :) )  I looked at the site and it looks like a really fun event so I don't see any reason why you couldn't sell these quickly.  Are the rescues that are involved helping you?

1. Add more information about the activities on website. What will be for dinner? What items are up for auction?

2. Which shelters are this benefiting? Can you team up with them?

3. What specific needs do no kill shelters have? How can people help?

4. Advertise on facebook and twitter.

5. Contact a local newspaper to see if they want to run a story.

6. Send e-vites to friends and family and ask them to invite others.

7. See if the participating vendors are advertising the event on their websites.
