The Stimulus Bill has passed - How do we get on the "A" List?

With $787 B in stimulus money, who knows who to write and how to get capital for creating jobs in Michigan and Detroit?  We are an early stage company who is almost ready to start production of our electric vehicle, EcoV.  See EcoV on our website www.EcoVElectric.com.  We create long lasting jobs, not short term construction jobs.

With just $3M we are on our way to production in 9 months.  We have extensive automotive experience and have done production programs before.  We have a working prototype and have $6M in equity today.  We have customers waiting to see the final production vehicle before ordering.
