Home Sales: NAR Just came out with December and 08 Numbers

NAR just came out with Dec and '08 numbers.
December home sales up 6.5% over November, but value down 15.3% year over year.
Inventory down to 9.4 months from 11.3 months, but they fail to note the three month moratorium on foreclosures by Fannie Mae which just ended two weeks ago. That inventory might be jumping up again in a few months.
