Looking to Lease a Vehicle

I am looking to replace my current leased vehicle (Dodge Caravan) in the next month.

I want to lease an American vehicle for a maximum of $200.00/month and a maximum of $1,000.00 down (Maximum 27 month; 15,000 mi/year)

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 passenger
- Fold-down seats ("Crossover"; Van; SUV; ...)
- Minimum 20 mpg
- Can be an '08
- Color doesn't matter
- Cloth seats
- Minimum single CD player + AM/FM
- Manual transmission okay 

(Note: My father is a retiree from Ford).
