Just a few more thoughts!
Shake hands like you have some confidence. I hate shaking hands with someone with such a soft touch.
Talk with a moderate voice. The loud get heard but ignored and the quiet just get left out.
Be on time - the perfect window of opportunity for making a great impression is 5-8 minutes early.
Leave your cell phones out in your car or make sure it is off. The worst impression you can make is when your cell phone goes off and you are in a business meeting. People view this infraction as an insult to them.
