Warning for those buying computers this season.

I just returned from a clients home. They had just purchased a new computer in order to utilize their companys work from home ability.
After an hour on the phone with the helpdesk, it was determined that the nature of the problem was that they were using Windows Vista 64 bit. The work from home system only supports 32 bit operating systems.
More research showed that their system could not change versions, and that the majority of computers currently on retail shelves have the 64 bit version.
If you use any kind of remote work system, be very careful in your purchases, and as always, feel free to contact me with any questions.
