With over 2700 people in this organization there has got to be someone interested in a rental property.
I have a three plex in Auburn Hills listed for sale that is ripe for an offer. Two units are filled, the third unit just underwent significant improvements and is ready for a new tenant.
It is located just west of Adams Rd. and South of Auburn... just outside of the newly developed downtown area.
The home has a large garage and ample parking in the driveway. It is grandfathered in as one of the only remaining multifamily dwellings left in Auburn Hills (with documentation).

Definately... Monday morning at 9am at The Toasted Bun in the "downtown" area on Auburn in between the 2 Squirrel rds on the North side of Auburn.
