Uncle Ray's potato chips are made in Michigan and are GREAT! BBQ is my personal favorite.

I agree Lisa. I sell them at my restaurant and my husband is a Wholesale Produce and Food Distributor in Detroit's Eastern Market. We sell Uncle Ray's wholesale. They have the best in all of their flavors. They do have the best BBQ chip out there.

How exciting, since this is my first post on Motor City Connect!

I must say, Michigan is truly blessed with some of the finest community based artisans! While motoring around Ann Arbor, without a doubt Zingermans is my all time favorite place to grab a delicious sandwich and can't forget to take home quiche for breakfast in the morning.

Of course, I can't enjoy my quiche nor start the day without my morning cup of coffee from The Evelyn Bay Coffee Company located in Brooklyn Michigan.These folks began their quest for the perfect java years before coffee was 'cool' with the Dallas Brothers and Dietrich Roasters as their java guides.
