Research prior to purchasing is critical when it comes to your hard earned money. Most people (myself included) take the time to investigate the best TV, Computer & Cell Phone that money can buy, but how about your insurance policies?

You have inspections and appraisals on homes you want to purchase, test drives on vehicles you want to buy, but the safety net protecting you from bankruptcy is at times left up to someone who has little to no concern for your personal needs.

Too often I hear

"wow, my last agent never asked me that"

I ask questions, not because I am nosy, it is to establish a solid understanding of what your needs are.
