Had enough of the gloom and doom? Check out The Last Knot Project

Okay, we've had just about this enough of this gloom and doom talk lately. Yes, things are 'bad' but we all know that whatever our situation is, things could be much, much worse. One of our coaches at knowledgecrush.com recently shared with us, when our knees were feeling a little wobbly, this little ditty (think football coach slapping the team around to 'SNAP OUT OF IT!'). Here is what she shared with us:

"The lack of ACCOUNTABILITY is sweeping through our nation’s leadership like a plague, decimating everything in its path.
 
Are you ready for it to stop?  You can fight this disease and start inoculating yourself and others with Personal Accountability.  You can’t afford to be without this knowledge that will transform your thinking.  Until we can get out of being victimized by the unaccountable and experience in a relevant and useful way “it starts with me” – we are fooling ourselves about what direction to go. There is only one way out of this and it is within each of us – THE POWER OF PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY.   If we don’t know what it is we cannot demand it of our leaders or be the solution everyone is looking for."

So, our group has said, "ENOUGH!" and started The Last Knot Project. You may have heard the old saying, 'If you think you've reached the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on!'. This project is for people like you to provide encouragement for others (OR, to receive a little boost). That's it. It's easy, it's free but the impact will be priceless. All of have to do is provide a few words, videos, audio files of encouragement for those who are at the end of their rope. Be there to help someone tie a knot and HANG ON.

Take a minute or two, submit some words for encouragement. When you're done, give yourself a hug, a pat on the back, have a sip of your drink of choice and step out knowing that you've made a difference in someone's life.
