Hey I.T. Folks, Red, Green & Sledgehammer is coming. Are you Celebrating MI?

I just sent this blast:

Subgroups

As part of the improvements to MCC we have added subgroups. With almost 3800 members it was challenging to find those who matter most to your business. Not anymore. Now you can find people who are in your similar geography or are selling to the same decision maker (or in the same business) you are). Come back to the site and check out the “sub groups” tab. You are sure to find at least two groups that are right for you.

I know I sent that yesterday, but some of you may have missed it. BTW, the MCC Tech group has been added.

Subgroup Leaders

Some of you have asked how you can be part of the leadership team. The short answer is, you already are. The longer, more specific answer can be found here.

Very cool IT seminar this coming Monday-

If you or folks you know are worried about Data Compliance, Data Security or Data Loss Prevention, you need to read THIS now. You may also want to show up to their seminar Monday morning.

MCC’s next big charity effort is coming…

Do you remember our Red, Green and Warmth initiative? Better yet, were you a part of our trip(s) to Blightbusters? Well, we have combined the best of both worlds and will be raising blood and bucks while demolishing blight! Click HERE for general info

Click HERE if you would like to see a video montage of Blight being busted last year!

MCC wants to celebrate the launch of Celebrate Michigan’s new website. Congratulations!!!

That’s right Jan and Marshall Rice of Michigan Mall have officially launched the new site for Celebrate Michigan. This big Pro Michigan event takes place on 9/29/09 in Troy. Take a look at their brand new site by clicking HERE.

NOTE- do you want to host a meeting? Email Stephanie with the topic “Host Meeting” and tell us where your office is and time of meeting * must be able to fit 15 members at a minimum.

Be connected-

Terry Bean

Tired of getting these message? We will miss you, but you can easily remove yourself from Motor City Connect by going to the “My Settings” tab on the site and clicking “remove me from this groupsite”. An alternate approach would be to let us know what we can do for you and see how powerful this network really is ;-)
