Looking for Software Development Companies

I am looking for software development companies who are working with Doctors and Hospitals to implement Electronic Health Records. I have a unique program that I have been offering to Doctors to help paid for their upgrades. Time is of the essence, we are 11 months away from the deadline to qualify for American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
