In a recent conversation with my PR friend Sue from Logo's Communications she mentioned that she has a potential client that called her and said "we have decided to NOT decide."  How does this happen!?  If this sounds familiar check our passionate plea - http://tinyurl.com/eosduane

Great article, Duane!

In the Sandler System, "We've decided NOT to decide" generally equates to a disguised "No," or is an indicator that the prospect doesn't see the value of the services/product... sometimes one in the same.

"We've decided NOT to decide" IS a decision - -

Gino's 7 points are great advice for all of us, in good times as well as tough times.

Thanks for posting this link!
